Welcome to this module.
Workshop activities and presentations will build a tool kit for leaders. You will then be asked to plan a project using leadership, and changing the practice and performance of staff. Then as you lead you will collect data on the effects of your leadership. The portfolio you will produce will critically evaluate the concept of leadership in the literature and your practice, as well as reporting upon the impact of your new learning as a leader.
