Hotseats 12-13

Providing you with an opportunity to engage with others in discussing and exploring in depth some of the ideas and issues around a particular theme or topic.

What is a hotseat?

The hotseat area is where we invite selected guests to open a dialogue between the students on a variety of subjects related to the course. In the past we have had subjects covered such as 'Gifted Children' , International Perspectives' and the development and progression of your 'Academic Writing'

We try to offer as wide a choice as possible and we invite all students to participate in a meaningful and subjective driven discourse.

Please remember that the Hotseat operates asynchronously and the guest will endeavour to reply or answer your points as quickly as possible but it may not be the next working day.

If you have any requests or suggestions for future guests ..or feel that you can introduce a guest who will be able to offer audiences with good hotseat opportunity, please let either Kelami or Ruth Green know via email.
