The discussions in this section are drawn upon from the "Handbook of Qualitaive research" by Denzin & Lincoln 2001 Sage London. You can read the first chapter titled "The discipline and practice of qualitative research" at the Sage publications website (this and other chapters are linked in the table).

We recommend you read the chapters for a taster and then buy the book to inform your work. The book is found in the CPD office by appointment. (Or buy the book Latest edition - Previous edition)
